Just had to say I am so happy I found your product! I have recently become dairy free and have been missing cheese. Primarily pizza. I went to the Attleboro Farmers market 2 weeks ago and purchased your mozzarella cheese. I was hesitant to spend more money on another cheese substitute that would leave me disappointed. Last night I decided to make my home made pizza dough and do pizzas for dinner. OMG!!!!! It was fabulous! I even made myself an omelet this morning with some of the left over cheese. I can not wait to get to the market again this weekend and purchase more and try the Farmesan and cream cheese! THANK YOU for making such a superior product!!!
