Signature Recipes

LASAGNA
Use no boil lasagna noodles with a quality jar of sauce.  Layer it incorporating Fauxcotta and Farmesan in a baking dish.  Cover with foil, bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Voila! Dinner is done!

BREADED ZUCCHINI
Mix Farmesan with plain panko, coat zucchini slices after dipping them in flax-egg (flax meal with water.) Bake at 350, flip when browned and... yum!

SAVORY SWEET TREAT
For a quick snack or appetizer, spread Fauxcotta on crackers with a dollop of jam or jelly!  Savory and sweet!  

ALFREDO SAUCE
Mix 3/4 cup Farmesan and 1 cup of veggie broth in a blender until smooth. Transfer to a sauce pan on low and stir often until it thickens. It will thicken quickly! There you go! Alfredo!!

FARMESAN PESTO
Simple! Put a large bunch of fresh, rinsed basil in a blender with half a cup of Farmesan and a tablespoon of lemon juice. You can play with the amounts until you find your perfect recipe!

NACHO CHEESE
Use either Sassy Sriracha Lime or Cheddah depending which flavor you’re in the mood for. Put half a cup of cheese in a small sauce pan with 1/4 cup veggie broth and cook on low, stirring until it becomes saucy!
